Description
Vietnam verteran Allen Carmichael has lived on the fringe of society since the war, rescuing abused children from hostile environments and placing them with foster families. Now in California, he comes to the aid of 12-year-old Jamie, who is being tormented by his entrepreneur father. Allen abducts Jamie from his home and takes him to a waiting family in Montana. But as Allen continues investigating the boy's tragic background, he realizes that everyone involved may be in danger.
