Description
In a small Florida town, 22 years ago, a young lawyer, Keith Russo was murdered at his desk as he worked late one night. The police suspected Quincy Miller, a young black man who was once one of Russo's clients. Quincy was tried, convicted, and sent to prison for life, though he maintained his innocence during the trial and all the years since. In desperation, he writes to the Guardian Ministries, a small non-profit run by Cullen Post, a lawyer and minister, who travels the country fighting wrongful convictions. With Quincy Miller he gets more than he bargained for: Powerful, ruthless people murdered Keith Russo and they do not want Miller exonerated. [from publisher's description]
